This century-old restaurant in the modern resort of Ribarska Koliba (the name translates as Fisherman’s Hut) stands near the Marina Veruda, which can be admired through its large picture windows or from its attractive summer terrace. Delicious Mediterranean cuisine takes pride of place on the menu, ranging from pasta-based starters to fish and seafood dishes made from the freshest ingredients (the bouillabaisse is superb), although a few meat specialities also feature. Vintage car enthusiasts can also admire the Triumph Spitfire convertible that is “parked” inside the restaurant.
