Open since 1992, this Japanese restaurant is one of the country’s oldest. Its connection to Japanese culture is clear, as Midori means “green”, an obvious reference to the fantastic vegetation surrounding the Penha Longa hotel, merging into the lush mountains of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.
