Tana de 'l Ors
Modern Cuisine, Farm to table
€€
A favourite with food-lovers, this restaurant serves lighter meals at lunchtime which are nonetheless carefully and imaginatively prepared (don’t miss the orsoburger!). In the evening, the best daily ingredients are prepared with a lightly modern touch – meat is the undisputed start of the show, although a few fish dishes also feature. One-room and two-room apartments are also available.

Country cooking, Modern Cuisine
€€
This elegant restaurant has been run by the same family for years and has a history dating back over two centuries. It serves regional yet creative cuisine and has a distinctly Middle European ambience with its hunting trophies, clocks and frescoes.

AceroRosso
Regional Cuisine
€€
This secluded mountain chalet immersed in verdant woodland boasts a welcoming dining room with a decidedly Alpine feel thanks to the profusion of wood and a warming open fire. The cuisine is also regional in style, featuring local recipes and ingredients albeit with a contemporary touch. Popular dishes include the rack of lamb cooked at low temperature and served with creamed sweetcorn, leek fondant and its own jus.
