Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rozat,  a quiet little place in suburbs of Dubrovnik, 4 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Each Apartment has air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use at additional cost of 10 euros per 2 hours.
