This centrally located inn has tables in the stylish conservatory or a simpler dining room where you can tuck into traditional fare that often draws on international influences. The wide-ranging menu includes spaetzle with Sbrinz (hard cheese) and truffle, cordon bleu with Alpine cheese, "Vorässä 2.0" (beef stew with a twist) and salmon green curry. The atmosphere is inviting, not least because of the warm hospitality provided by the waitstaff. The freshly prepared, flavoursome dishes include pan-fried Lötschberg perch fillet with lemon thyme and almond butter, and Zurich veal ragout with glazed vegetables and butter rösti.
