Located next to the rural Sant Ignasi hotel and boasting a dreamlike natural setting; and no wonder, this is a Menorcan aristocratic estate that... dates all the way back to the 18th century! Chef Miquel Sánchez, together with his team, offers Mediterranean cuisine with a traditional base that comes to light through a small menu and two set menus: Smoix and Vegetal. A standout dish? We liked, for the tenderness and flavour of the meat, their beef onglet, confit shallot sauce with herbs and green beans.
