Perched on the rocks just above the sea, it boasts spectacular views from Cap Nègre to the Îles du Levant. At Le Mazet, just off Saint-Clair beach, he indulges in his favourite pastime: working with fine produce (in particular his beloved truffles). The dishes are harmony on a plate: iced velouté of Coco de Paimpol haricot beans, tomatoes, mini-croûtons and aromatic oil; crispy farm-reared pork; roast pineapple tart and sorbet.

Set in a picturesque little street in the old part of the village, this small restaurant initially charms you with its rustic appeal and delightful terrace, complete with fountain and pergola, and surrounded by greenery and flowers. In the kitchen, Riccardo Berto sprinkles his colourful Mediterranean dishes with Peruvian touches, informed by his experience as chef at L'Altiplano in Val d'Isère. One example would be the amberjack ceviche enhanced by an invigorating leche de tigre with peach and crispy corn. A truly enjoyable experience.
