Note: Temporarily closedSet back in an ordinary strip mall, the vibe and service at this sushi jewel are anything but. Wonderful, warm, and gracious, diners here are in for a treat. The interior is sleek and stylish, with dramatic pressed-tin ceilings and a coveted eight-seat counter. Boldly flavored dishes incorporate oodles of smoked, cured and fermented ingredients — from the tender, juicy stir-fried cilantro beef, to the pungent pork, black bean and pickled chili mixture that tops a mound of spicy, hand-cut godfather’s noodles.
