Top-quality dishes from the Veneto include a delicious sopressa(the region’s cured ham), Vicenza-style baccalà (cod) with Marano polenta and a soft guancetta served with a superb pendolòn (potato polenta).

With over 100 years of history behind it, La Rosina is still looking good, thanks to renovation work carried out a few years ago which has given the restaurant a new look.
