The flavors, aromas, and wines of Vallagarina take center stage at this delightfully situated venue within the seventeenth-century walls of Palazzo de Probizer, offering stunning mountain views (weather permitting). The cellar features virtually every wine producer in the area (available by the glass as well!) while the kitchen relies on a well-proven formula: a single tasting menu that changes daily, with the option to select just a few dishes. The most attractive space in this restaurant is its contemporary, almost Milanese-style veranda-dining room which boasts relaxing views of Lake Garda, with sailboats bobbing on the water ruffled by the famous Ora wind, and the peaks of Trentino in the distance. The Italian cuisine served here is prepared simply, allowing the quality of the ingredients (many of which are sourced locally) to shine through. Fish from the lake takes pride of place, although saltwater fish also features. There’s also a good selection of wine.

Overlooking the Torbole lakefront, just steps from the center, this small restaurant with a panoramic veranda is a tribute to the flavors of the lake. This restaurant housed in an 18C building is run by its talented and enthusiastic owners Sergio (front of house) and Annarita (in the kitchen), who do their utmost to provide guests with the best seasonal, regional ingredients prepared in classic dishes full of flavour.
