Carefully prepared native, Baltic and international ingredients feature in flavoursome dishes such as lamb sirloin with ricotta tortellini, Swiss chard, shiitake mushrooms, courgette, parsnip cream and pepper sauce. The owner is a passionate wine-lover and a qualified sommelier, so wine is naturally a highlight, with more than 200 bottles individually and lovingly described.
