Il Principe del mare B&B

Situated within Borgo Egnazia, one of the most exclusive and luxurious resorts in the region (and further afield), this restaurant is home to chef Domingo Schingaro who showcases typical Puglian cuisine by placing vegetables centre stage. Working with local growers and often using heritage varieties, the chef creates an array of dishes, making the most of every single part of his ingredient in order to reduce food waste. His elegant presentations and intense flavours are sure to win you over, even if you’re not vegetarian. Attentive, welcoming and friendly service completes the picture.
