Galatahan hotel is located in the heart of the old city Istanbul only 250m far from the Galata Tower. We restored the building with its term characteristics and especially protecting the facade texture and inside carrier walls. As a hotel the building consists of 8 floors each app. 200 sqm. We have 42 spaciously designed rooms and restaurant near the lobby floor. A terrace on the top of the building you can enjoy this unique ancient scenery. Buildings around us are two or three-story ancient buildings which cannot be rebuilt higher, so we always will save our beautiful view of Goldenhorn on the front facade from the 3rd floor and GalataTower on the rear facade from the 4th floor.5th floor has six rooms with a balcony looking through the beautiful Golden horn. We offer a delicious buffet breakfast between 07:30 a.m-10:30 a.m We installed heat recovery devices on each floor, which intake fresh air from outside and exhaust used air from the room to outside of the building. All the indoor air conditioning units are installed, all the fire alarm and fire fighting sprinkler system,all the ceilings on the room floors are closed with gypsum boards.
