Just a few hundred metres from the church of Sant’Ercolano in a narrow alleyway in the heart of Perugia’s historic centre, this restaurant is home to chef Ada Stifani who serves expertly prepared contemporary cuisine with a regional flavour. There are two dining rooms here: one with an open-view kitchen and the other with a modern and elegant mezzanine. Among the highlights, don’t miss the tagliatelle with cardoncelli mushrooms and scampi which is full of perfectly balanced, intense flavours.

This complex, which also includes two junior suites and seven guestrooms, dates back to the early 17C and was commissioned by the Church as a stopping off point for travellers on their way to Rome.
