In the historic center of this small yet charming village, you’ll find a trattoria that has been in operation since 1777. Today, under the current family management, the wood-paneled dining rooms evoke the warm, traditional Tyrolean atmosphere, mirrored by a kitchen that turns out an enticing lineup of local specialties. Lamb, an homage to the restaurant’s name, goat, trout from Val Passiria, beef from Val Sarentino, and of course speck, strudel, and more, all executed at a high level.
