The menu is divided into Austrian classics, including Tafelspitz (boiled beef), Wiener schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake with raisins), and "new classics with a twist", such as "Drei-Käse-Hoch, corn soufflé, green asparagus and artichoke" – to be washed down with good wines from Austria.
