The cuisine here provides an updated take on regional dishes that always showcase seasonal Andalucian ingredients and is highlighted via the à la carte (featuring half-plate options and a small selection of rice dishes with wild mushrooms or “carillera” with a whisky sauce) and a tasting menu entitled Alegría.
