Located right in the centre, on Neuer Markt, the 18C Ratswaage oozes style! On the outside you have the historical façade; inside, a minimalist interior with chic details such as silvery walls, 1950s-style chandeliers and burnt-orange designer chairs. The Frankenhäuser family and their team have dubbed their culinary style "new Prussian cuisine". Head chef Nico Werner, previously sous-chef, presides in the kitchen, cooking up two five-course set menus (with the option of an "upgrade" in the form of additional dishes); the vegetarian version of the set menu should be ordered at the time of book
