Set on a green plain amongst citrus orchards and olive groves, the hotel is located about 2. 5 km from the beach of Kolymbari, some 13 km from the tourism area of Platanias and roughly 25 km from the picturesque town of Chania. Souda International Airport is about 35 km away. This is a charming, stone-built hotel, constructed with the finest materials, mainly natural wood and stone. It has traditional touches that blend well with contemporary design. The main building comprises the reception area and the bar. The remaining rooms of the hotel are the restored village houses dating from the 13th to the 17th centuries, which still feature their original Venetian arches and exposed wooden ceiling beams.
