Busan Songdo Hotel 999

ARP offers a 100% vegan menu. An acronym for ‘around plants’, the eatery's name symbolises the ethical kitchen table of the round Earth and the unlimited possibilities in veggie cuisine. Here, customers can enjoy a diverse range of non-meat dishes paired with house-made rice wine. The signature bracken pasta features dried bracken and mushrooms for a chewy texture and pleasant nutty flavours. The vegan cheese, made from coconut oil, tastes exactly like cheddar cheese. Come and relish the charm of plant-based cuisine at ARP's elegantly designed dining space.
