Chef duo Alexander Wulf and Marcel Kokot propose a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, serving up modern dishes with a Russian twist – sometimes incorporating quintessential flavours such as dill, sour cream or beetroot, and at other times creating elegant interpretations of Russian classics such as vareniki or zakuski. Shining examples include "red cod, Russian kimchi, kohlrabi, peanut" or "Maibock (seasonal venison), vareniki, mushrooms, pine cones".
