Peter Fridén, of YOSO fame, has brought his "New Nordic Japanese Cuisine" to the 17C Alte Kanzlei, the interior of which has been tastefully designed by Axel Vervoordt. Behind the pretty quarry stone façade of this historical building, the space has a pleasantly calm and elegant atmosphere. The food is modern but grounded in the classics, with the chef-patron rustling up a six- to eight-course set menu out of top-notch ingredients.
