With a name meaning ‘tsar’, this uniquely positioned restaurant sits inside a hotel occupying what was once the Tsar’s private railway station, used to reach his vast shooting estate. The surrounding forestry is now a UNESCO World Heritage site and is home to a large population of European bison.
