Set in open countryside, surrounded by orderly rows of vineyards, a historic villa houses Fattoria Svetoni, an estate devoted to hospitality, with elegant guest rooms, and to winemaking since 1865. It is here that the restaurant finds its home, arranged partly within the evocative ancient walls of the interior and partly in a strikingly modern glazed veranda that opens onto a pleasant and verdant prospect. The cooking of Mirko Marcelli expresses itself through a creativity that is measured and never excessive: the dishes possess a strong identity without ever imposing themselves, and the pairi
