Housed in Das Marent hotel, this stylish fine dining restaurant with its modern Alpine-inspired decor fully lives up to the name. Brothers Alexander and Christian Marent pour their heart and soul into providing their guests with a memorable dining experience. Crafted with meticulous care and high-quality ingredients, the dishes of chef Christian Marent showcase a creative fusion of regional and international flavours. Popular desserts include Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) and crêpes. Game hunted in the environs and lamb from the region are among the local ingredients that go into the carefully prepared dishes.
