This fine dining restaurant is as chic as the designer hotel of the same name. Whether in the conservatory or the lounge area, the modern, minimalist decor feels both cosy and stylish. The historical Rührberger Hof estate, which is home to this long-established family business, has been around since 1902. The fact that it was once used for farming is no longer apparent today. The pleasingly modern interior is an attractive setting in which to savour the excellent cuisine of brothers Christoph und Felix Düster. This is based on classical foundations and takes its cue from the region and the seasons. At lunchtime, the reasonably priced set menu of the day is very popular.
