The kitchen specialises above all in freshwater dishes, such as trout salad with potatoes or a flavourful fish soup. Among the main courses, the duck breast from the neighbouring valleys stands out, richly flavoured and served with pumpkin štruklji and an excellent red wine sauce.

1906 was the inaugural year of the Hotel Triglav, which houses the restaurant, beautifully situated on the hills overlooking the picturesque Lake Bled. The view accompanies the experience both from the bright indoor dining rooms and, above all, from the magnificent summer terrace. Slovenian traditions reign supreme in the kitchen, starting with freshwater fish, accompanied by more international and seafood dishes.
