Our inviting Bar & Restaurant BLOOM serves delicious à la carte dishes, high tea, a three-course menu, and homemade cocktails. Enjoy free parking directly in front of the hotel and easy access to the A9 highway. Located near the center of Alkmaar, the hotel now also provides charging stations for electric cars. Our friendly staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel at home right away. Explore the surroundings with ease; the center of Alkmaar is a pleasant 1. 5 km walk or a short bus ride from the hotel, with a bus stop right outside the door. Take day trips to Amsterdam (40 km, 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by train) and Schiphol Airport (45 km, 30 minutes by car). The hotel features two restaurants. Adjacent to the hotel, Kokusai, a Japanese Sushi & Grill restaurant, offers a diverse menu of Western and Asian dishes. Our reception staff will be happy to provide information about local attractions, including the nearby beach, forest walks, charming villages, and (in spring) beautiful tulip fields.
