私人酒店 老磨坊

This restaurant in the attractive Ritz-Carlton hotel boasts a bright and elegantly modern interior with captivating views of the VW works and the harbour basin afforded by floor-to-ceiling windows. The cuisine takes its cue from the seasons and showcases quality produce from the region and elsewhere in the country. One of their signature dishes is braised veal cheek with mustard jus.
