The town-centre hotel, Krone Hittisau, dates back to 1838. Today, the restaurant on its first floor serves regional and seasonal cuisine. Fantastic ingredients are showcased in delicious dishes such as fillet of char with coriander lentils, ginger and lemon foam, and ricotta gnocchi.
