Located in the town centre by the Pfarrbrücke, Gasthof Goldener Stern (est. 1791) is home to David and Anita Senfter's restaurant. Diners enjoy a cosy atmosphere in charming rustic rooms beneath vaulted ceilings, with traditional stoves providing warmth in winter. The romantic lakeside location is an attraction in itself – here on the shore of Tristachersee, the dedicated Kreuzer family run both the lovely hotel and the restaurant. The dining space is inviting; the winter garden extending out over the water is wonderful – in summer it gets turned into a terrace! The menu draws on good-quality, mostly local produce – char, trout, Danube salmon etc are from their own fish ponds nearby. They serve various set menus and an à la carte selection. The hotel also has its own spring water, which is offered free of charge throughout the premises.

The fine dining restaurant of the Dolomitengolf Suites hotel has a modern and elegant feel. Through the large windows facing the terrace, feast your eyes on views of the golf course and mountains. The menu sees regional ingredients combined with international influences, as in, for example, "beef tartare, chive mayonnaise, radishes, focaccia" or "truffle tagliatelle, baby spinach, pickled egg yolk".
