This is the second restaurant of the idyllically situated Hohenhaus hotel, a magnificent property steeped in history. The interior has a classic, rustic decor and a warm atmosphere – plus a lovely 18C tiled stove. The seasonal cuisine is based on premium ingredients, sourced from the region for the most part. Delicious options include barbecued wild game sausage made with meat hunted on site and served with Hohenhaus potato mash, or braised local mutton.
