Tucked away in a small side street of the island's historic centre, this restaurant is housed in a lovely vaulted cellar. In an attractive, modern setting, you can enjoy seasonally inspired cuisine made from high-quality ingredients, presented as an appealing, concise à la carte selection. Service is provided by a friendly team. The intimate courtyard terrace is a pleasant spot, and the wine bar is also a great draw. In a magnificent location just a stone's throw from Lake Constance, the Seehotel am Kaiserstrand has plenty to offer, and the restaurant is definitely a huge draw. Upscale and modern, it also boasts a gorgeous terrace overlooking the lake. Choose from a nicely devised à la carte menu of mouthwatering dishes such as "goat's cheese crème brûlée, beetroot, walnut, pumpernickel, pine honey" or "braised wild hare leg with Brussels sprouts and sweet-potato pavé".
