Situated in the historic heart of Courmayeur, this old house dating back over a century, once used as a stables and later as a carpenter’s workshop, is now home to a warm and welcoming restaurant. Here, traditional recipes are updated with creativity and enthusiasm, as demonstrated by the venison Rossini. The ingredients used are mainly local, including wild herbs for added flavour, while the wine list offers an impressive selection of labels.

The Café Quinson has reopened! In this rustic yet elegant “mountain restaurant”, the whole family makes guests feel welcome, serving a selection of regional dishes with an imaginative and contemporary touch. Excellent choice of wines, almost all of which are available by the glass.

Situated in the district of La Palud at the foot of Mont Blanc, this small wine bar serves interesting cuisine created by a talented Japanese chef who adds his own personal twist to the valley’s top-quality ingredients. Dishes include the occasional fusion option, such as capon salad with yuzu, puntarelle and black garlic, while wine is chosen directly from the shelves in the intimate dining room. Booking is recommended, especially in high season.
