In the cosy old dining space, completely done out in wood, you can tuck into specialities such as tripe, maultaschen and Zwiebelrostbraten (roast beef with onions). Vegetarian options are also on the menu. The delicious dishes are all made using regional produce. Friendly service. We highly recommend staying overnight. The guestrooms are really lovely and inviting.

Maximilian and Marie-Luise Schranner's establishment is a haven of comfort and calm. They have lovingly transformed this traditional inn with a tasteful interior design concept. At the helm, Maximilian Schranner specialises in classic cuisine and proposes three set menus: the "Menü Gourmet", the "Menü vegetarisch" and the "Wirthaus-Menü" – but you can also order dishes from these à la carte. There is also a very reasonably priced set menu at lunchtime. On warm days, the gorgeous terrace on the Seebach with its views of the castle is a particular highlight.
