This restaurant, which started life as a typical bus station café, has evolved into what could be described as a 'gourmet concept'. Today, it is a contemporary bistro where they are committed to an international and modern cuisine, designed for sharing, which comes to life through an interesting à la carte. We especially liked, for its texture and juiciness, the grilled veal sweetbread, with tupinambo and ratatouille with oloroso. The suggestions of the day usually contain a hidden gem or two!
