Nestled amid forests and meadows at an elevation of approximately 900m, this farmhouse is accessible via a gravel road. Its origins can be traced back to 1390. With bare wooden tables, floorboards and cowhides as decoration, the small restaurant has a clean and modern yet rustic look. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford views of the idyllic countryside, including their own Black Angus cattle grazing in the pasture – they are a focal point of the cuisine. At lunchtime, classic dishes are served à la carte or as a set menu. In the evening, you have the choice between two set menus: the seasonal and
