We recommend arriving early at this restaurant housed within the “EALA – My Lakeside Dream” hotel so that you can admire the spectacular daytime views of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the two dining rooms. Here, Alfio Ghezzi creates two tasting menus (from which dishes can be chosen à la carte style) which celebrate the region, starting with a focus on freshwater fish. His unmistakeable style results in dishes that are elegant and occasionally minimalist (but not simple), while avoiding unnecessary frills so that the flavours of the superb ingredients shine through.

The most attractive space in this restaurant is its contemporary, almost Milanese-style veranda-dining room which boasts relaxing views of Lake Garda, with sailboats bobbing on the water ruffled by the famous Ora wind, and the peaks of Trentino in the distance. The Italian cuisine served here is prepared simply, allowing the quality of the ingredients (many of which are sourced locally) to shine through.
