Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica is well known for its charming cafes and art galleries set on cobblestone streets, and while there are plenty of appealing restaurants here, Pancho's Takos is a standout. A longstanding favorite of both locals and tourists, bring patience (for the line) and cash, since credit cards are not accepted here. Once inside, the seating is tight, though there are some outdoor seats on the patio. It's all worth it after the first bite of their pastor tacos. They're the highlight of the show here, with overflowing portions of thinly sliced meat that's piled on corn torti
