With this brasserie, the Châeau Attisholz presents a chic alternative to its fine dining restaurant (Le feu). Contemporary design meets a period cross-vaulted ceiling and pillars made of 18C Solothurn stone to form a harmonious whole. The menu features fresh seasonal cuisine rooted in classic recipes, with a preference for regional produce.
