The chef believes in sourcing his produce locally, using local suppliers such as Gert van Eldik and the Veluwe asparagus farm. Diners are served a surprise menu composed of intricate and beautifully presented dishes. Think venison from the region with carefully considered vegetable accompaniments and a game jus enhanced with vermouth. A proud ambassador for the Veluwe!
