从机场到市区
最近机场是图卢姆机场TQO，到镇中心可坐预订接送、出租车或机场巴士，车程约40-60分钟。玛雅火车也到图卢姆机场站和图卢姆站，但两端仍需接驳。坎昆机场CUN航班更多，ADO巴士到图卢姆中心车站约2.5-3小时；包车/出租车顺畅时约2-2.5小时。
市内出行
图卢姆没有地铁，也没有游客交通卡。镇中心适合步行；短途往返镇区和海滩可骑自行车或电动车；夜间和带行李用出租车；ADO适合机场和城际；307公路上的colectivo小巴可去普拉亚德尔卡曼、阿库玛尔和部分天然井方向。出租车多不打表，上车前先确认车费。海滩路易堵，酒店最好选在晚间活动附近。
