Part of the luxurious Hampton Manor estate, Kynd offers a more rustic dining experience than the hotel’s other restaurant, Grace & Savour. Located in the walled garden’s old furnace house, cooking over coals fittingly forms part of the menu, which is based around fine British produce such as Cornish skate wing and Huntsham pork collar. Ingredients from the garden outside play their part too, as does a list of natural, biodynamic and orange wines. In the summer, you can also dine in the former greenhouse with its own terrace.

Chakana has all the ingredients you need for a great time: a lively laid-back vibe, punchy Peruvian food and one of the largest ranges of pisco in the UK. The cooking itself is colourful and packed with bold flavours, across a range of recognisable Peruvian dishes including ceviches and tiraditos.
