This small restaurant, located near the railway station, is run with dedication by chef Madalena Dias, a woman who, through sheer hard work, has managed to preserve and perpetuate the culinary legacy inherited from both her mother and her great-grandmother. Here, in a colourful space with a welcoming interior, the family’s flavourful repertoire has taken a leap in quality to pay tribute to Ribatejo gastronomy; in fact, in some dishes, it even plays with pickles.
