Back-to-basics brasserie cuisine, fresh ingredients and a chef who adds his own personal touch. “Juste” what it takes to satisfy good food lovers. Even better, the chef is a fan of wood fired Josper ovens. Hand chopped beef tartare with crunchy fries, hearty helpings of vol-au-vent and a made-to-order dame blanche with vanilla ice cream and smothered in chocolate sauce: every dish is a model of culinary generosity. A suitably tasteful trendy interior and an alfresco area overlooking the fields and the vegetable garden.
