Classic and regional cuisine is served throughout the day (kitchen opening hours: 12-8.30pm), taking the form of dishes such as cod à la grenobloise with spinach and mashed potatoes or "Original Wiener Schnitzel" with fried potatoes, salad and cranberries. You will be able to find just the right Moselle wine to accompany your meal. The fine dining restaurant of Villa Melsheimer serves imaginative and creative modern dishes made from excellent fresh ingredients. One of the three set menus is vegetarian. You can also go à la carte. In summer, the truly beautiful terrace overlooking the Moselle is a huge draw! In the event the weather does not cooperate, you can also enjoy the view from the bright conservatory. The boutique hotel has comfortable guestrooms for overnight stays.
