Julien and Morgane Ostertag's winning combination of good produce and no-frills, expressive, gourmet dishes creates a moment of indulgence, enhanced by the view over the lake. From the terrace or behind the bay windows of the elegantly decorated dining room, bistronomy is at the heart of the chef's offering: Valentin Chappuis' caramelised pork belly, patatas bravas and crispy sucrine; Mediterranean-style scorpion fish, taggiasche olives, tomato marmalade with basil and panisse. The service is friendly and charming. Don't hesitate to head upstairs!

Both the signature and à la carte menus are defined by top-drawer produce, e.g. crudo of wild gambero, violet fig dressing and toasted buckwheat; local lamb cooked two ways, stuffed nidi di rondine (swallow’s nest pasta) and crispy chickpea fritters; strawberry and matcha tea tiramisu. For a jaw-dropping view of Lake Geneva, bag a seat by the window. In summertime, the outdoor bar is heaven for drinks, before or after dinner.
