The cuisine maintains a subtle balance between tradition, classic flavours and the creativity which has given the restaurant its fine reputation. The menu features numerous fish dishes (the scampi-filled ravioli served with a scampi and mussel bisque are delicious), as well as local specialities such as lamb from nearby Cres island.
