1856 - Culinary Residence
Named for the year Auburn University was founded, this dining room is the primary training ground for students enrolled in the school of hospitality management. Resident chefs guide the kitchen, while sharp-suited servers run a seamless experience in the front. Many ingredients are sourced directly from the rooftop garden, while the wine list is an impressive collection highlighting the very best producers across a wide range of regions. The dinner tasting menu is reasonable in length, as all details are cared for in this expansive, modern dining room where glass walls reach for the sky.
