Peter Fridén, who also heads up the kitchen at PURS in Andernach, calls his concept "Asian Comfort Food". Serving up sushi and sashimi, as well as dishes such as shoyu ramen, bao chasu and chicken yakitori, he is dedicated to showcasing Far Eastern flavours.
